Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Celergen is not responsible for delays caused by carrier service disruptions, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via [UPS / FedEx / USPS] to addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipments are fulfilled through ShipStation.
International Shipping
At this time, celergenus.com ships to North American addresses only. Customers in the United Kingdom may order directly from celergen.co.uk.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
Please contact us prior to placing your order if you have questions about your delivery address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been confirmed delivered by the carrier, Celergen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly and then reach out to us at info@celergen.com so we can assist.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unopened and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email)
Opened product is not eligible for return, except in cases of verified product defect or fulfillment error (see below).
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used product
- Items purchased during promotional sales (unless defective)
- Items returned after the 30-day window
How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of product defect or our fulfillment error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Celergen is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our fulfillment error.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@celergen.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
